Durable, Scratch-Resistant Prints
Foods such as meat, fish, fruits, and vegetables must include a label or other information carrier for trade in the EU. This label contains information such as the product name, origin, and production method, which is part of traceability requirements. According to EU Regulation 1169/2011, food packaging must at least include the following information: product name, production company, country of origin, list of ingredients and quantities, net weight, and expiration date. This information must remain legible under all conditions, including cold temperatures in the cold chain (meat, fish), humidity, and heat.
